Refund & Return Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 60 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at vibes@velmorathreads.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at any carrier location.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed in 3–5 business days.

Exchanges

We love finding you the right fit. Request a free exchange online and your new size ships same-day if ordered before 2 PM CST.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right immediately — at no cost to you.

Collaboration and limited-edition pieces are final sale once sold out.
